Mashed Cauliflower AKA Fauxtatoes

It is yummy but it helps me to like it more when I don't think it as a substitute for mashed potatoes.  It dos not have a dense enough texture for that.  But it is yummy in its own right!
 
I added ghee, s and p to taste.
 
 
Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower, core removed and cut into evenly sized florets
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
(mine was not as white as the photo due to my salt.)
